In the weeks leading up to Christmas, the Town Council linked up with Netherhall School Year 7 Choir to provide some Christmas Carol singing to bring a little cheer to Maryport Care Homes. Residents enjoyed the entertainment immensely at Solway House, Parkside, The Dales & Riverside homes. The Town Council provided biscuits & chocolates for those residents, together with those at Allanby House & Granville Court Care Homes, as well as Maryport Cottage Hospital.
