Maryport Town Council supports local schools in Maryport & Flimby by providing refreshments for their School Sports Days. Some 1,100 children were catered for this year, with drinks & other goodies to keep them going! This year, the Mayor Linda Radcliffe was invited to attend the events at Ewanrigg Junior School & Maryport Primary School to award prizes, accompanied at Maryport Primary School by Deputy Mayor Brandan Copeland.
