The Town Council has provided the following funding for events & organisations in 2021/22:

  • Senhouse Museum Trust, £1,000
  • Citizens’ Advice Bureau, £1,000
  • Maryport Maritime Museum, £500
  • Netherhall School, £500
  • Maryport Inshore Rescue, £500
  • Flimby Pensioners’ Committee, £1,000
  • Maryport Solway Sea Cadet Unit, £2,900
  • Flimby Girls’ Brigade, £1,000
  • Flimby Scarecrow Festival & Field Day, £2,000
  • Maryport ARLFC, Firework Display, £1,500
  • Glassonbury Music Festival, £2,000
  • Maryport Amateur Football Club, £1,000
  • Netherhall School, £1,000
  • Castle Hill Trust, £250
  • Owl Blue, £1,900

Maryport & Flimby Organisations can apply for grant funding by contacting the Council for an application form or downloading a form from the Council’s website. Organisations seeking funding of £1,000 & over in 2022/23 should notify the Council by 30 September providing details of the amount requested & purpose.
